Terms of Service

1. General provisions

1. These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the website available at innowacje4it.pl (the "Website").
2. The Website is owned and operated by Innowacje 4 IT Sp. z o.o., registered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001195941, Tax ID (NIP) 7712940453, REGON 542794598 (the "Provider").
3. The Website is informational in nature — it presents the Provider's service offering in the areas of IT outsourcing, cybersecurity, and technology consulting.

2. Nature of the services provided through the Website

1. The Website does not allow contracts to be concluded electronically or payments to be made online.
2. Contact initiated through the contact details provided on the Website (phone, SMS, WhatsApp, e-mail) is preliminary in nature and does not constitute the conclusion of a contract. The terms of any cooperation are agreed individually, outside the Website.
3. Information contained on the Website (including service descriptions, statistics, and marketing content) is illustrative and does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code.

3. Rules for using the Website

1. Use of the Website is free of charge and does not require registration.
2. Users are required to use the Website in a manner consistent with the law and good practice, in particular by not undertaking actions that could disrupt the proper functioning of the Website.
3. The rules for processing personal data and using cookies on the Website are set out in a separate document — the Privacy Policy.

4. Copyright

1. All content published on the Website (text, graphics, logo, page layout) is the property of the Provider or is used under appropriate licenses and is protected by copyright law.
2. Copying, distributing, or using the Website's content without the Provider's written consent is prohibited, except for personal, non-commercial use as permitted by law.

5. Liability

1. The Provider makes every effort to ensure that the information on the Website is current and accurate, but is not liable for any inaccuracies resulting from changes to its offering or company data.
2. The Provider is not liable for interruptions in the Website's availability resulting from technical causes beyond the Provider's control.
3. The Website may contain links to external sites (e.g. LinkedIn) — the Provider is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external websites.

6. Complaints

Comments and complaints regarding the functioning of the Website can be submitted by e-mail to: kontakt@innowacje4it.pl. The Provider will respond within a reasonable time, not exceeding 14 days.

7. Final provisions

1. The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service. The current version is always available at innowacje4it.pl/en/terms.
2. Matters not covered by these Terms of Service are governed by Polish law.
3. Any disputes shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Provider's registered office, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
