Innowacje 4 IT Sp. z o.o. provides IT outsourcing and cybersecurity services in Łódź and the surrounding region — including Pabianice, Piotrków Trybunalski, Konstantynów Łódzki and Aleksandrów Łódzki. We deliver enterprise-class IT services to small and medium-sized businesses and institutions, also remotely across Poland.

Our team delivers comprehensive technology solutions – we combine deep technical knowledge with practical business understanding. We support companies in infrastructure management, Microsoft 365 implementations, and also help prepare infrastructure and documentation for NIS2 requirements, security reviews, and contractor expectations.

Thanks to many years of experience serving both corporate clients and small and medium-sized enterprises, we thoroughly understand the needs of the Polish market and deliver effective, tailored solutions.

The company is co-run by Michał Strzelecki — responsible for technology, architecture, delivery, and consulting — and Natalia Strzelecka, responsible for client service and administration. About me

I have over 21 years of experience in x86 infrastructure planning, technology implementation, and IT support services. My excellent knowledge of the financial sector and mobile operator industry allows me to understand complex business processes and offered services. Throughout my career, I have managed large licensing contracts and infrastructure projects, focusing on cost optimization while simultaneously maintaining the highest quality of services.

I worked in IT for over two decades – at Orange as the main VMware expert (managing 6000 servers in Orange cloud worldwide), at Bank Pekao as a solutions architect, and at Nordea as chief IT developer. I have seen from the inside how large systems are deployed, how infrastructure for banks is designed, and what data security really looks like. I know what works – and what only looks good on a slide. Effectiveness in achieving set goals in a demanding environment is one of my key competencies.

Why I founded the company

For years, I have observed how companies like yours struggle with choosing IT services. Some overpay, believing in "the best solutions," others save money – and later pay double. I know what it looks like from the inside, so I support companies in choosing technologies that make sense – technically and from a business perspective. My goal is for IT decisions to be based on knowledge, not marketing.

I oversee implementations
I ensure that suppliers fulfill their commitments in accordance with agreements and deadlines.
Audits of your IT
I conduct IT audits in the company – I check whether appropriate security measures, backups, and procedures exist. I assess what works and what needs improvement so that systems are stable and secure.
I help prepare emergency plans
A well-prepared emergency plan allows maintaining business continuity in case of failure, data loss, or infrastructure problems. Together we create procedures and solutions that minimize the risk of downtime and protect key resources.
