About Us

The team

Michał Strzelecki — co-owner responsible for technology, architecture, delivery, and consulting. He has over 21 years of experience in business IT, including hands-on work in an environment covering more than 6,000 servers, gained at Orange (lead VMware expert), Bank Pekao (solutions architect), and Nordea (chief IT developer). He has seen from the inside how large systems are deployed in the financial and telecom sectors — and knows what actually works versus what just looks good on a slide.

Natalia Strzelecka — co-owner responsible for client service and administration. She makes sure contact with the company is smooth and predictable — from the first inquiry through ongoing cooperation.

For larger projects, we also draw on a flexible network of trusted specialists, matched to the specific task.

Why this company exists

For years we've watched companies struggle with choosing IT services — some overpay, believing in "the best solutions", others cut corners and pay twice later. Innowacje 4 IT was founded so that clients' technology decisions would be based on knowledge, not marketing. If something doesn't pay off, we don't recommend it — even if we could profit from it.

Where we operate

We serve businesses in Łódź, Pabianice, Piotrków Trybunalski, Konstantynów Łódzki, and Aleksandrów Łódzki, with selected work carried out remotely across Poland. Our typical client is a multi-person company, office, production facility, or IT team needing extra capacity — we don't operate a walk-in address, and we don't position ourselves as a single-computer repair service for individual clients.
